Returns & Refund Policy
As a swimwear brand, providing the utmost care to our customers and garments hygiene is at our highest priority. Due to this, we have a 14 days returns policy, provided that the garments are in good condition, with hygiene liners and brand tags. If the returned item meets these criteria, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment, withing 14 working days (depending on your bank account).
Any item that has been found to be worn, damaged or if we suspect that the hygiene liner has been removed, will be refused a refund and will be sent back to your original address and you will be required to pay the shipping costs.
Unfortunately, as a small business, we are not in capacity yet to provide free returns. Nevertheless, this is a service we are working to offer in the near future !
Please fill out the contacts form with your order number to initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Note: Sale items cannot be refunded and can only be exchanged or will be given in store credits instead.
Exchange Policy:
Exchanges can be done by creating a return for your current item and placing a new order for the new item. Please note that the returns needs to be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
